1- Walk Run up and down the stairs, 50 times or more.

2- Skipping for at least 50 times or more.

3- Spread your legs, bend your body and shake your breast for 50 times or more.

4- Push your breasts with left and right hand obliquely from each side. Repeat the step 50 or more times.

5- After exercising, rest and take a cold shower as it helps to stabilize and make your breast muscles firmer. Avoid taking too much of hot shower as it would result in fat-melting in buds. Further, your breasts will reduce in size, soft and saggy eventually.

6- Apply bust creams and massage your breasts two times a day in the morning and before bed

D- Breast Massage

Breast massage has been practiced for years as a means of stimulating healthy breast growth or natural breast enlargement and breast health. Studies have shown that breast massage coupled with the proper herbal supplement can increase breast size without the negative side effects of breast enhancement pills.

E- Don’t sleep face up for too long. The best sleeping posture is to lay on one side, left or right.
